Fabulous stylish hotel in a...

Liked: Beautiful,stylish hotel. We had a large room with balcony which was first class. Pool area was lovely to relax and cool off after sightseeing. Breakfast restaurant with roof top terrace was fabulous with amazing views. Room was immaculately clean and all staff were lovely. Breakfast restaurant manager and bar man were a pleasure to meet …very friendly but also very professional.

Liked: The rooftop pool was perfect for the summer heat. Rooms and bathroom were very good.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel, with an old charm together with modern convenience. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable size, even for a family of four. Nice balcony. Would come back again…
Disliked: I wish the hours of the pool, gym and spa were extended, start earlier and finish later.

Really enjoyable stay if we...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, All area's were spotlessly clean, view from the terrace restaurant was amazing. Location was just a 15 min walk to most of the attractions.
Disliked: Pool area could be at times very crowded, but there again during our stay temperatures were in high 30's reaching 40 degrees one day. therefore a bit too hot for sightseeing.

Liked: Everything! Location was in a quiet part of the city away from the train station and within a 15 min walk down the River from ponte vecchio. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Restaurant was slightly overpriced compared to similar restaurants in the city
