Great value and amazing staff!

Liked: Really loved the staff they were awesome and super responsive! Especially liked the security guard Daniel, he was so kind and welcoming as a group of 4 women arriving alone at night.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too soft, the room was outdated with carpet flooring and the shower did not have good pressure.

Beautiful modern room ❤️❤️

Liked: Beautiful and modern , I was in one of the new modern rooms. I loved the new modern bathroom and shower , the big comfortable double bed and flat screen smart Tv. Plenty channels and things to watch, fully functioning air con not too loud. Room was cleaned every day and coffee pods and coffee machine free to use in room with water in the fridge too. It was a great location for being a first time tourist in LA, being in this hotel honestly made a big difference to my trip to have the comfort every morning and evening. I had a great view of Los Angeles and could even see the Hollywood sign which was cool! Honestly I would stay here again and recommend itSecurity guard outside
Disliked: Probably just that there was no breakfast area or facility , you can tell this hotel is in between Renovating and in future hope they have a breakfast area as it would really add to the hotel.Probably wouldn’t be out around this area too late at night as a solo traveller so I made sure I was back early enough each evening but that’s just the location and nature of being in La

Perfect find in LA. Safe...

Liked: It was a nice location with security available. The underground parking is great too since it can get hot outside. We had a great view out of our window, so when we visited for the 4th it was a great place to watch the fireworks. The beds were so soft and pillows very comfortable. They have a spacious bathroom with lighting options. They also have retro fridges and telephones that are just so cool to see. It was a perfect room for my friend and I.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but I wish they have microwaves in the room. They do have a microwave available at the first floor for everyone to use.
