Great location

Liked: Great location, central to many sights. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Very small room and tiny bathroom. It would be good to have shelving to put personal items on.

Well located and easy to...

Liked: Close to Gare Montparnasse, all floor had access via decent sized lift, easy connection to RER line B and Metro line 6 (Pasteur). Rooftop Terrace was great for picnic dinner. Room sizes large for a Central Parisian hotel. Where there was an issue early I. My stay the staff were quick to take action.
Disliked: Showers in both rooms I stayed in were small and the door on each was broken making it difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom. Couldn’t wash my hair for this reason. Additionally, I had chosen the no prepayment necessary option, however unlike other properties who offer this, I was charged the day before my arrival, rather than allowing me to choose my payment method. This was unexpected and wound up costing me a hefty currency conversion fee on my credit card which I was not expecting as I had other means to pay.

Great location, comfy beds, pleasant...

Liked: Staff were pleasant-location was perfect. Breakfast was quick, easy, and well stocked.
Disliked: Parking instructions were not clear. We did see through booking.com that the hotel has a partnership with the nearby indigo garage. However on arrival we were told only one pass is available and you have to call ahead for it. That was not explained and though our reservation was made well in advance we didn’t know we needed to call. Therefore parking was the standard overnight rate for Paris.

Comfy value hotel in perfect...

Liked: The big positive point of the hotel was the staff, who were all very welcoming and accommodating. Although our triple room was not very big, it was still enough space for our family of 3. The room and bathroom were spotless and the beds were very comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect for accessing various train and subway lines. There is also a rooftop terrace with sofas which is ideal for relaxing after a day of visiting.
