Nice place - not suitable...

Liked: Location was very pleasant in a good neighbourhood Breakfast and opportunity for drinks in reception were good
Disliked: You emailed to say that the lift was broken - because my booking was so far away I thought it would have been fixed. You had no intention of fixing the lift which was a disaster for my disabled daughter You have been thoughtless in your communication

Liked: Great location, easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of food around!
Disliked: Lift was broken for our entire stay and we were on the top floor. Bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain, we had to keep the door closed to the room didn’t smell.

Disliked: The property DOES NOT have a lift. It is hardly visible to see in the description and should be more prominent. We travelled with suitcases- staff put us on the 7th floor without a lift, we requested another room but staff were rude and did not care. On each level cleaning items (towels, linen, cleaning products etc) were left in the corridor so staff didn’t have to move it up and down levels each day. We couldn’t even get our suitcases past.On the 7th level was a construction site with building materials left everywhere, we asked for refund and staff refused. Very disappointing and we had to re-book other accomodation for the night.
