It was nice

Liked: Very nice location and a good view. 15 minutes from the eifell tower.
Disliked: Room is really small but for a night stay perfect compared to other hotels that cost much more

Staff are not welcoming and...

Liked: Close to the train station.
Disliked: LIFT NOT WORKING. We had 60kg in total for 2 people and I have requested a room that is on the lower floor as I was informed that the lift was not working. They said they had none. They put us on the 4th floor with no help in luggage. I also did not see anyone attempting to fix the lift and they said that it has been broken for 1 year now. Stairs are steep and not friendly if you have a luggage.

OK stay

Liked: Good location, nice neighborhood.
Disliked: No elevator, had to haul heavy luggage up 7 flights of stairs. No air conditioning, staff lent us a fan.
