This family-run hotel in the Milbertshofen district of Munich is directly next to the BMW company headquarters. It offers modern rooms with Wi-Fi and great subway connections to the center of the city. The Hotel Königstein has spacious rooms with work desks and private bathrooms. Very disappointing experience – no...

Disliked: Due to a medical emergency, we were forced to cut our trip short and return home early. We informed the reception immediately, and although they claimed to "understand" the situation, they still charged us — even after Booking.com intervened.The overall atmosphere of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming. Staff couldn’t even tell us how to access the parking garage. Some of the equipment didn’t work properly either.But most shocking was the complete lack of compassion or basic human decency in the face of unexpected circumstances. We will never return to Hotel Königstein. Ther only 'n for the money!

Unspectacular but perfectly good hotel

Liked: Medium sized hotel with good connections. I have stayed here before.
Disliked: Very reasonably priced for Munich.20min connection between city and similar time to airport.Room was comfortable with air conditioning and kettle to make tea.Good breakfast included.
