Great staff and service in...

Liked: I accidentally booked the wrong night and the staff was so helpful in addressing my problem. They were so kind! Also the breakfast was good. The bathroom was well designed. And laughably close to a convenient U-bahn station.
Disliked: Nothing in particular-it’s a pretty bland big hotel so it’s not charming or anything stand-out.

Nice stay close to metro...

Liked: Location 50m from a train stationStaff was really nice
Disliked: Pur double room wasn't a double bed but 2 individual beds together. Not quite comfortable but not a big deal.

Superb

Liked: Large, clean rooms.Comfy beds and pillows.Lovely staff.Great breakfast.Next to the metro station and several bus stations.
Disliked: The room furniture was a bit old.Internet was a bit dodgy, but usable.

Liked: Everything clean, nice people, good bed, good breakfast
Disliked: might consider different sizes of pillows. This one is kinda high.
