Liked: Staff was good, meet all the expectations. They were friendly and helped every way. They even packed our breakfast as we had to leave early. The location of the hotel was apt specially with a 4 year old daughter
Disliked: A fridge in the room would have been good.

Liked: We stay in this hotel every time we pass through Mainz. Great location, lovely old world charm and friendly staff.

Liked: A unique, old property with character. The staff was kind and helpful. The property was very clean. Breakfast offerings were great.
Disliked: One room had been remodeled recently and that is what was used for photos on the website. Our second room was older, more dated, and “rougher.”My wife saw a roach sorry across the floor.
