Beautiful, historic & quiet Hotel...

Liked: My 2nd stay here. Absolute best location for a hotel close to Stephansdom. Beautiful, quiet historic hotel with lovely rooms. Everything was clean, in good working order, Internet worked great too. Breakfast was nice too, although with little variety.
Disliked: A coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch. The breakfast staff could be a bit faster and better, a lot of young kids that don't even know what a Brie cheese is.

Liked: I arrived in Vienna late on Monday, 2nd June and had a reservation at another truly appalling hotel. Dirty, smelly and noisy. I simply couldn't stay there. Fortunately, I managed to secure a last-minute booking at this hotel, and I'm so glad I did. It made my trip. The young woman at the front desk, Cheng Yao, was simply so understanding, accommodating and willing to help. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and it was in a wonderful location in the centre of Vienna. Thanks, Cheng, for your professionalism. Makes such a big difference to have people such as you at the front desk of a hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful: beautiful variety in a nice setting.Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar area with great ambience and very sweet bartender. Fantastic location!
