I will never book unknown...

Liked: I paid the same price as 5 star hotel and got like 2 star ibis budget
Disliked: The price 700 euro I paid by this amount I could stay in marriot but I have seen very nice pictures of rooms in the booking site which I didn’t find in the property and bed were bad
