Superb

I was a perfect place...

Liked: Everything. The staff intersected with each other with warmth and connection and this had the effect of making the guests feel welcome and at home. The decor in the lobby area is cosy and inviting. The invite to enjoy either a wine or a beer on the house is a treat as Copenhagen proves do not suit an Australian dollar conversion! The rooms were comfortable and well thought out by through.

Liked: Friendly staff, and brilliant location.
Disliked: For summer it would be nice with aircondition. with all windows open it was a bit to loud to get a good night sleep.

Great location, friendly staff.

Liked: The hotel was well located, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The shower door served no purpose. The bathroom floor was wet after every shower. The basin in the bathroom was small for a full bathroom, it was the type of basin you would have in a guest toilet for handwashing.

Liked: Really nice hotel. Clean and looked stylish. Room was a good size. Good location. No noise from outside. Staff really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only slight problem was the lack of air conditioning during summer. Although we were given a fan
