Very nice hotel to visit...

Liked: The lobby is amazing, the staff is very helpful and professional, very nice complimentary services as the 5-6pm "drink" service. Good location for visiting the city
Disliked: The bathroom could be improved (i.e. shower without glass doors, small chipping on basin). Personally I hate moquette (it is not inside the bedroom) and I'd suggest to substitute it with other kind of floor where present.

A beautifully furnished, heritage hotel...

Liked: A beautiful heritage building furnished with the best of Danish interior design. The staff were amazingly helpful and the location was walkable to most of Copenhagen’s sights. Especially nice to be by the lakes as could go for a walk each morning. The Torvehallerne markets were only 300m down the road. Great for food and mixing with the locals
Disliked: There were about 15 steep stairs at the main entrance to the hotel. Very difficult to navigate with suitcases. No ramp either.There are no door staff to help guests with luggage or a dedicated concierge.There was a side entry from another street with no stairs, but they need to tell guests about this at the time of booking.

Great design, lovely lounge area...

Liked: The bar / lounge area was so lovely . Good location . Scandi design and nice rooms. The cosy hour where drinks were offered between. 5-6pm was such a great idea and brought everyone together and a buzzy atmosphere
Disliked: Our room was next to the lift and very noisy every time someone used it
