The trip was very important...
Liked: The staff were friendly and really helpful. My granddaughter's glasses needed fixing and we were given directions to the opticians who fixed then without charge. The location was perfect for the activities I'd booked, the Haus Des Meeres was about 10 minutes' walk, the Chocolate Museum a stop away on the U 4, the Zoo a few more stops away on the U4 and the Naschmarkt very near the U4 stop at Kettenbruckengasse, the stop for the hotel. There is a Spar supermarket right next to the hotel and the long shopping street Mariahilfestrasse is also very near, parallel and a couple of streets above. The situation of the hotel meant that all of Vienna could be reached very easily.
Disliked: Pads on the dining chairs on the terrace. They made a loud scraping sound when moved.

You wouldn't be disappointed.
Liked: Everything about my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Even before I checked in, the contact with the staff was exceptionally friendly. On arrival everything was already in order and was no problems in the room. Very comfortable, well placed, helpful staff and overall pleasant experience.

Convenient, Affordable, and Close to...
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Vienna’s famous food market and about 15 minutes from the Opera. There’s also a SPAR grocery store conveniently located on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and professional. Even though I informed them about our arrival just 30 minutes in advance, they still provided us with a parking spot, which was much appreciated.Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going for the day. The hotel seems to be a repurposed campus building, which gives it a unique feel.If you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to sleep that’s close to the city center, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: What I disliked: The floor in the room was dusty, and the noise from the street could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper. We were situated on the first floor.

Good
Liked: The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including museums, the Opera, the main shopping street, a local market, and a supermarket conveniently located next door. The room is spacious, very clean and quiet.
Disliked: The facility doesn't have air conditioning or a freezer, which makes it less comfortable and less practical. Also, the interior design feels plain and could be more exciting. The outside of the building looks modern and lively, but the inside doesn't match that impression.
