Great hotel overall

Liked: The rooms are idyllic.The situation superb. Really friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: I don't think the restaurant food justifies the price it's good but not exceptional. My wife felt that the potatoes which should have been new potatoes may have been reheated and fried. It is very expensive for what it is and doesn't really represent good value for money although I would eat there again. The breakfast on the other hand are totally excellent

Slightly overrated hotel on beautiful...

Liked: The view: we were lucky to have a room overlooking the fjord. Very quiet.
Disliked: Crack in the wash basin, creacking toilet, slippery shower.Beds were short, mattresses were average. Too expensive for the facilities offered.

Liked: Beautinful, nice hotel. Looks more like palace on a bank of the fjord.Calm and peacful
Disliked: Little bit expansive.Water in the swiming pool not heated. It is cold.But the sweeming pool is freeBreakfast also could be more varied
