Liked: location, room
Disliked: I made a booking for three persons yet the room was not prepared for three - no duvet or blanket for sofa bed, only 2 glasses/cups - I did not consider the preparation for our visit met the professional standards that the hotel prides itself on

Great hotel with exceptional staff.

Liked: The staff was amazing. I cannot overstate how exceptional all the staff was, from front desk to restaurant staff, everybody was helpful, kind, pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: Nicely located in the city centre, very clean room and great service. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service and attention to details were super to me and my kids. Loved it and would stay again!
Disliked: I had wrong details of my booking reservation at the reception (wrong name and address details). I was also told that breakfast was not included in my reservation though it was. The spa is a part of the sport gym next to the hotel, crowded and dated.

Good hotel location

Liked: Location was good. Hotel clean, and staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: Strange doorbell rings of the room in the middle of the night (approx 3am). The bed was a bit soft and left my wife with shoulder and back pain.
