Very disappointing not good value.

Liked: Having bought the stay on booking.comIt was from reception made very clear we were not important guests. Was told if we had booked direct from the property we would have had a better room, instead we got a very ordinary room to say the least. Reception told us they could do nothing as the booking was made via bookings.comHaving stayed at this place before to our great satisfaction, we were very disappointed and will never stay there again. I advise any person never book that place via booking.com or as us never book at that hotel.

Liked: Quiet location, room situated away from traffic noise. Love the furnishingings, the lampa, the Sofia, the chakra, the bed tablås and the desk. The bathroom is well planned and spacious.

Liked: Spacious and very calm surroundings. We stayed in the junior king suite and it was very comfortable. Super quiet and beautiful style. The staff very friendly and professional!
