Nice, comfortable stay in a...

Liked: The location is very neat. Well connected, even walkable to the centre. There is something to see nearby. Surrounded by very nice spots to eat. Also, there is a mall very close by, where there is also a supermarket
Disliked: The cleaning services were so early, so on the days when we were out after 10 or 11, we wouldn't get our room cleaned, or trash removed

Liked: Really nice hotel. Excellent location, good size rooms, lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: We booked this hotel as it had air conditioning in the rooms, but it wasn't working in one of our rooms. However, they did provide us with a really good fan and also offered free breakfast as compensation. The other room was on the 7th floor and when we returned after our night out, we were informed the lift was broken, so it was lucky it was the one with air conditioning!!There did appear to be work going on, so these were probably isolated incidents and we were just unlucky...

Fine but could be better

Liked: The room had a mini fridge, so you can keep some food, snacks or drinks. Pretty good location, public transport stops were nearby. The bed was quite spacious.
Disliked: Pillows were horrible, way too soft, uneven. The quality of the bed linens and towels was not good. Some of the towels were already frayed on the edges. There were a couple of times hot water just stopped running in the shower.
