Disliked: No waste bin in bedroom. No grip rail in shower. No rail to dry towels. Bathroom not cleaned for three days. No bedside lights.

Liked: Hotel interior looks clean and decent. The room I was staying at was pretty big with view of city around. The rooms were soundproof and the bed was comfortable so I slept soundly. Hotel was really close to Uber Arena which was my priority. Train and tram stops were also near the hotel which was plus. And also the staff were kind and accommodating. I recommend and would probably stay again.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was the elevator cause it was kinda slow.

Liked: Super friendly staffs and everything was clean. The location was great, near a shopping mall, food spots and transportation
Disliked: Maybe thin walls but it didn’t bother us that much. We were still able to sleep well.

Liked: Dated hotel. Very poor cleaning. No kettle in the room or kitchen ware despite it saying this on website. Floors were dirty. Pipes sticking out of wall in showroom at ankle height, sharp and dangerous. No cleaning of room whole time we were there. Breakfast was not taken by us given the general cleanliness of hotel. Safe would not lock. No curtain at bathroom window and this window was overlooked by other apartments. Despite a kitchen in the room no kettle etc. And no curtain on 1 of bedroom windows. We mentioned these to staff but nothing changed. One response was, yes we tell the boss but nothing happens! Hotel is also opposite a noisy outside party venue and general neighborhood is very full of litter,graffiti etc
