Great stay overall
Liked: Loved the big room and easy check in, location was great! The balcony was a dream and just what we needed to recharge.
Disliked: Complementary coffee in the morning, i didn't want a full breakfast, just a simple cup of coffee in my room sitting on the balcony would've been bliss. Simple fix. The decor is very dated. This place has huge potential, huge!!!

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, next to the train station.
Disliked: 1. The hotel has a different name!!! We arrived at the address, but the hotel was not there. I wrote an email and there was no answer. 2. We entered the hotel using a PIN code. There was no one at the reception. 3. We learned from other residents about the need to register online and get a different code. Then we realized that we did not receive registration instructions.!! 4. We called the suggested number, an answering machine answered. 5. Half an hour later!! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we established contact via SMS. They sent us a code to enter the room. The code did not work. They sent a second code. The code did not work again. The door was opened for us remotely. Result. An evening walk around the city did not take place due to the inability to close and open the door. We left the hotel early in the morning, because the lock itself was probably broken. None of the hotel staff came to the hotel after a series of letters and SMS. I do not recommend!!

A price-performance Hotel at an...
Liked: I really like the smooth code-based check-in and the willingness of the Hotel to let me leave my luggage in the lobby on the last day. The location of the Hotel is right next to the main train and bus station, which is an excellent starting point for visiting both the city and surrounding cities.
Disliked: The cleanness could be improved, but it was, in the end, good enough considering the price.

Liked: The evening I arrived I discovered that the booking system had made an error and was not expecting me until fhe follow day, although payment had me made. It was mid night and I had no where to go. The night manager explained the error and eventually under pressure agreed to put me up in another hotel for the night. Not a great start to my holiday.When I arrived the room did not fit the discription of the photographs I had seen on line. The facilities and items that were listed as available with the room where not. My room was damp and smelt of mould. When I complained I was told there where no other rooms available. I was spoken to badly and told to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. Being the weekend of a music festival I knew it would be difficult to find accomodation decided to accept the poor situation. On the 3rd night of my stay it became a health hazard, unsafe and turned into a nightmare. The ceiling in the bathroom starting letting in water from the bathroom above, to the point that it cracked around the electricals and flooded the bathroom into the bedroom. I had no power in the room and it became dangerous for me to be there. I did leave the hotel at that point and management did provide a refund for those nights.
Disliked: No customer service from the owner and bad business ethics
