Liked: I have to say, what I loved the most was the variety of breakfast options — it was something I didn’t expect. I also really appreciated the automatic curtains and the huge bathtub in the room, which made everything super convenient and comfortable
Disliked: That said, there were some unpleasant experiences during both check-in and check-out.After nearly 24 hours of traveling (including a layover), I finally arrived in Prague, a place I had been dreaming about. Since I got there too early, I spent some time wandering around the area and waited until after 3:00 PM to check in. The front desk staff asked me to wait in the lounge and said they would come and get me. I waited for almost an hour, but no one came. When I finally went to the front desk to ask, they told me the room was already ready — I honestly don't understand why they didn’t come to get me as they said they would. Maybe they were just too busy.At check-out, although it was still before noon, just one minute before I was about to leave my room (around 11:50 AM), a cleaning lady knocked on my door and told me it was time to check out. Honestly, I was really caught off guard... I couldn’t understand why they would rush me like that. It felt really strange.
