Hard to beat location. Have...

Liked: Central location. Clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff.Rooms were made up daily.
Disliked: Circular stairs are a bit awkward. Lacks a lounge for conversation and reading. Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room.

Liked: Hotel is a true gem in the heart of the Old Town. Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet. Everything is thought through, so that guest feels like at home (staff remembers you and asks about your sleep, dinner, etc., the owner always meets guests in the restaurant and is very friendly), in the lobby you may treat yourself to complinentary fruits, coffee, tea and bottled water. Breakfast is top quality and you also have complimentary mini-bar. It is my best find in Zurich, and highly recommended. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Liked: Perfect location in Old Town. Walkable to everything. Their breakfast was wonderful. Staff very helpful.

A hotel know more for...

Liked: A boutique hotel, tucked away in narrow cobblestone streets, but with beautifully done up rooms. Excellent breakfast and a famous restaurant.
Disliked: Matter of personal choice- no real lounge area and no bar in case of inclement weather or otherwise.
