Liked: This was our favourite hotel that we stayed at during our Christmas/New Year's trip to Europe. The room was beautifully decorated and looked out onto the cobbled streets. The breakfast was lovely in the restaurant and it was nice to be served instead of having a full buffet breakfast. The shower was good and the bed was very comfy. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner in the restaurant on our last evening and it was the best meal and service that we'd had in a very long time - Thank you

Disliked: employees were talking long and loud early on Saturday morning in the hallway, shower curtain definitely not enough to protect from water all over, shower bar would not work for adjusting shower head, tv did not work..

Always fantastic

Liked: I have stayed at the Kindli many times, but on this occasion I booked it for family members. They loved it, as I knew they would - the location is fantastic, the building is historic and beautiful (the breakfast/dining room in particular) and the staff are excellent. The coffee/tea/water/fruit in the corridors is a nice touch.
