it’s great value for the...
Liked: It's in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and downtown is only 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the linens fresh. The breakfast is more than adequate. The staff are pleasant.
Disliked: They are currently renovating, so it looks a little rough in the common areas, but that certainly didn’t affect our stay. if you need quiet, you might ask if there is a room off of the highway side of the building.

Great staff and location, should...
Liked: Staff was excellent, had a minor issue with the toilet and fixed it before we got back to our room from the pool. Location was close to everything on our plans for the weekend. Once again want to state the staff went above and beyond,
Disliked: Place was being renovated so there was a bit of a mess about the place, vending machines had been taken out, Indoor pool was quite cold for being inside a hotel. Pillows were very meh. Shower drained slowly.

Rooms were ok but very...
Liked: Location of the hotel was great for us wanting to go to the energyplex.
Disliked: Booked this hotel as a little get away with my kids mainly for the pool and waterslides. The pool was filthy. You could see slim all over the walls and areas where people had touched it. The water was also freezing. Hot tub smelt funny and the jets weren't working. Breakfast was very minimal and lacked even the basics such as cream for coffee.
