Great, would definitely recommend!

Liked: Hotel Kavia had a great location right in the heat of Monterrey, plenty of restaurants and convenient stores in the area
Disliked: The only thing that was odd was the entrance, it was thru the parking garage, then had to take an elevator up

Liked: View was amazing!! Bedroom was awesome, clean, and whole equipped.
Disliked: Everything was awesome. Perhaps the woman receptionist can be a little bit more friendly, other than that everything was great.

Not happy with the staff

Disliked: The staff was not kind.I wanted 2 glasses for drinking in the hotel room. But they said they don’t even have glasses.They didn’t even have towel for hands or face.I asked them 3 chairs and it was for 3 people. But there were only 2 towels and 1 chair.
