Hotel Kavia Monterrey

Great place to stay if...

Liked: The hotel was wonderful. The parking is secure, That is key. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional
Disliked: I hate driving in Monterrey! Also the hotel doesn't have ice for when you want to drink cold drinks in your room. Also there is no refrigerator in the room to keep things cold. I had a cooler, but without ice, what good is that?

Liked: the room was of a good size, the bathrooms, and the location.
Disliked: the air conditioner was too noisy, i could not keep it on to sleep.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful, with incredible views of the city. It is also located near everything you might need in your trip. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very comfortable.

Liked: The only thing I can complain about is that a coffee pot in the room would have been nice. Trust me. It is just a minor complaint. We loved the hotel. Definitely will be going back.
