Liked: Great location. Good natured staff. Free flowing coffee/tea anytime of the day.
Disliked: Booking a suite not a good idea for seniors as elevator is only up to the 5F. Need to use stairs to the 6F. But Christian is gracious to carry luggages to the 6F. Heater not easy to control. Too hot or too cold.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and well presented, and the location was close to a lot of attractions. The staff were available at all times and were very helpful. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: It was a shame that the room did not have a minibar. I am not a fan of the single beds pushed together to make a double.

Liked: Cozy old style boutique hotel. We received warm welcome from hotel reception. Placed in the old city, easily walk to major attractions.
