Liked: Perfect location. Right in the centre. Room was clean and nice. Warm and helpful staff.
Disliked: It was quite warm so we would have loved to have the option to switch on the air conditioner. The nights was not so good bcos we could not sleep.

Liked: Anthony was excellent.
Disliked: Parking but it was still good to be underground and off the street. Was just a bit confusing trying to find where it was and how to exit.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff,...

Liked: All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. Good view over the city. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast each day. Housekeeping came in each day and freshened the room up. Heater in the room warmed it up nicely and kept it at a constant.
Disliked: My only niggle was that the shower head needed de-scaling and the hair dryer didn't work. But neither impacted us greatly. Shower worked well otherwise and the hair dryer was no loss.

Liked: Clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom, great location in the middle of the city centre
Disliked: It was not clear from the beginning that the hotel had no elevator. Walking up and down three flights of stairs every time was very exhausting and not explained from the beginning. Older people, or people with mobility problems should avoid it.
