good hotel, bad price

Liked: hotel is the center of the city
Disliked: The Hotel room’s price was EUR 81 cheaper at the Hotel’s own web site. I applied to Booking.com for price match and they accepted my application. But then I couldn’t get refund. Booking.com doesn’t even reply my emails.I feel disappointed.

Liked: Fantastic hotel in a phenomenal location. Everything maintained to the highest level. Extraordinary place! The location surpassed all expectations. We love it.

Perfect stay

Liked: The property is excellent, clean, very very close location to all the attractions staff are very friendly and helpful Everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay so much thank you The room size is also decent
Disliked: I wish the room had a kettle and some coffee/teabags and that the hotel had some room service But otherwise it was perfect
