Disliked: Our taxi had to drop us off down the street as no parking was available ourside the hotel

Liked: I've stayed at several hotels in Vienna, and this one is by far the best. I hope to come back. It's a very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city

Liked: My impression is not good:Hotel charged for 3 days, while I stayed only 2 days. Although initially personnel of hotel confirmed that decrease of the days would not cause any problems. While leaving hotel personnel said that I have to pay 3 days stay referring to booking.com rules and promised to settle the issue if I write an email and explain everything.At the end they rejected my request referring again to booking. Com rules..Very unpleasant situation…

Liked: Location is central. Room is spacious and nice furnished.
Disliked: I wish the hotel could supply conditioner and a kettle.

Liked: Very pleasent stay in this hotel in centre of Vienna. Very calm, but just next the Stephans dom. Very clean. The breakfest was really very good.
