Liked: Very nice hotel great breakfast and nice big room ...staff excellent and super friendly and helpful...location is close to Karlsplatz and you can walk pretty much to the first district in less then 10 minutes
Disliked: They had some road construction next to the hotel and at time it got quite noisy and loud ...elevator is a bit slow sometimes we had to wait for up to 7 minutes to catch it

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful facility, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location to get to know Viena: not in the midst of mass tourism areas, but a short walking distance from beautiful and vibrant Karlsplatz and its public transportation node. The service at the hotel was very efficient, professional and discreet. Great breakfast by all standards! Our room (junior suite) was big, well furnished and well equiped, perfectly quiet. A GREAT place altogether! I would go again without thinking twice.
Disliked: One should be aware that this is a large facility which also receives tourists traveling in groups. It can be a nuisance, for instance when you happen to want to have breakfast when a group has invaded the breakfast room. Some travelers might prefer smaller establishments which don’t receive groups.

be careful of only one...

Disliked: You should be careful of only one male staff of the front staffs of whose attitude seems to change depending on race or language, and also be careful of the scams committed by the taxi driver called by this male staff. I asked one male staff to call a taxi. The male staff seemed to have called a taxi that he often uses. The called taxi driver did not start the fare meter and even presented a receipt with an excessive amount. This criminal act left me with the worst memories of Vienna.I seriously hope that there is no cooperative relationship between the male staff of this hotel and the taxi driver.
