Lovely hotel with clean and...

Liked: The hope is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance (less than 5 min) from the tram stop. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. From the hotel one can easily reach every corner of the city by either walking or catching a tram (Place Kleber, Broglie, the Cathedral, etc..).
Disliked: There isn't anything I dislike. Perhaps, if I may spend some words to tell the management that the room, where the breakfast was served, should be improved a little bit. When it is too crowded, isn't easy to walk around and get your breakfast.

Liked: Lovely large room in a great location and loved the free water set up and tea and coffee facilities.
Disliked: Breakfast was too chaotic, too many people and too little space. The staff could not keep up and were quite rude.

Location is nice, hotel not...

Liked: Location was good, hotel not 4-star worthy. Run down rooms, dirty carpets, windows needed urgent renovation, paintwork badly done. Breakfast room way too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel, just not comfortable to stay in.
