Great location and fabulous staff

Liked: Location great. Customer service-reception excellent. My husband became unwell and we needed to stay an extra night, even though fully booked they made it work, we so appreciated this customer care. We had a balcony suite and photos of the cathedral from the balcony.
Disliked: Very surprised there wasn't a small fridge, if staying more than one night this is a must, I'm sure you could fit one in. Also a Smart TV .

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us suggestions for nice local restaurants upon arrival and very patiently asked about our stay when we were leaving. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a super view. Also, our room was very quiet and nice. I liked it very much!
Disliked: A big point for me for staying in hotels rather than Airbnb is the breakfast, and breakfast here was okay but was very basic and didn't have a lot of options (naturally, even less if you arrive towards the end), and didn't change at all. Also, one time the coffee machine broke during the breakfast, which was a bummer. On the other hand, I didn't like the cleanness of the room; there were quite a lot of stains on the couch and some hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The bed was nice and clean, though. Other than these, I enjoyed my stay.
