Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had nice bedding and pillows.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff. We got lost on our way there and a staff member helped us find our way.
Disliked: No microwave available. Fridge was a mini bar - I couldn't put my own stuff in it.

Disliked: The bed was supremely uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a pile of hay.

Liked: Very spacious with a descent view, nice hot water for a shower or two...I easpecially enjoyed the lobby and all the art books. The coffee station was good and buffet breakfast=EGGzcellent !!!

Liked: The location and lobby area were very good. The coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful and the elevator was super fast.
Disliked: The room itself was underwhelming especially the AstroTurf strip of a balcony, which I wouldn’t pay for next time. The lighting was not great in the bathroom and the hairdryer did not heat up and so didn’t actually dry your hair. There were no slippers.
