A good neighbourhood hotel

Liked: Hotel is just over a kilometre into the main centre, clean bright room, friendly staff.
Disliked: We booked this hotel specifically for onsite parking, but on arrival we were told that vehicles over 1.5m have to park in an off site parking, a 10 minute walk away. This isn’t mentioned on booking.com as far as I could see. Whilst this wasn’t a massive problem, it was still frustrating.

Cozy hotel

Liked: The hotel is in a very nice and quiet location. It's close to public transportation but also at a walking distance from the center. You can find restaurants and café in the near vicinity. The staff was kind and the place felt very cozy and friendly. The interior is very nicely curated, there's a very cute garden where you can have your delicious breakfast.
Disliked: I'd have appreciated a bit more amenities in the bathroom and the hot water took a while in the shower. We were not offered a map or information about the city/neighbourhood at the reception.It would have been nice to have a wider selection at breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the staff incredibly kind. The day we left they prepared breakfast especially for our early departure. We will come back:)

Great location

Liked: Great location for walking and public transport connections, Loved the bars and restaurants in the area.The bed was very comfortable. Lidl, a short walk away for supplies.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice hotel and stay, but...

Liked: Location was amazing, very close to the public transport. There are also attractions in walkable range. Room was cozy. Breakfast is very nice. Stuff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: I recieved a lot of spam messages on Booking before we arrived (phishing links that request that you enter your card details). This made us worry a lot before our stay. This was only addressed by Booking, but ignored by the hotel (they even ignored my email about this issue).We were also initially issued a wrong room (two beds and 3 of us). There was also a mix up with breakfast, which was paid in advance trough Booking, but hotel's system didn't register it.All of these were addressed by personel at hotel and they were nice and helpful.
