Exceptional

Nice clean hotel, expensive parking

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, well serviced daily room service, good coffee and breakfast food in cafe (not included). Staff very friendly.
Disliked: The parking valet staff were all super nice, but the cost of parking was crazy — over $50/day, and there were no other options. I tried to find adjacent parking but everywhere were signs that read no overnight or hotel parking and I didn’t want to risk being towed. We also had confusion over our booking when we first checked in — it was all prepaid through Booking, but they had it as cancelled in their system. Apart from that, it was fine — very clean, comfortable bed, room well serviced.

Great stay with cute pool...

Liked: Close to the airport and the SoFi Stadium & Intuit Dome. Room was clean, high end toiletries, really nice gym. Loved the Cabana restaurant and the lobby restaurant as well, free coffee in the morning was a bonus. Would love to stay here again!

Superb

Liked: Nice breakfast and pool areas. Comfortable beds. Manager Mauricio provides professional and kind attention.
Disliked: Valet parking and pet charges are so expensive. I received my car with big bird feces on the windshield and a door from the valet. Booking.com doesn't provide complete info about those costs.

Liked: Receptionist Cavin is super! He was very helpful.
Disliked: Rooms doesn’t have coffee machines

Incredible design hotel discovery near...

Liked: Staff were incredible, we checked in here after our flight from LAX was cancelled at midnight, and they checked us in with no fuss, allowed a later check out and were very accommodating. The hotel is about a 10 min taxi from the airport. The rooms are large, lovely amenities (Aesop etc) comfy mattress, and a stunning pool area which we enjoyed while waiting for our rescheduled flight. Great little on-site restaurant, delicious breakfast and lunch, and drinks delivery to pool area.

Great stay, I definitely recommend...

Liked: I was visiting LMU, so the hotel was in a great location. I love the hotel's style, and the beds are comfortable. I was a flight attendant for 29 years, and hands down, it has the best shower of any hotel I’ve ever visited. Also, if you do not want to valet your car, you can find parking on the street. They offer free coffee in the morning. They also have a coffee bar where you can order specialty coffee.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the valet was $50 a day.

Disliked: Paid parking, the room did not have a closet or a single hanger, nor an iron. Basically, furniture is very minimal. TV remote did not work and blinds did not close. Building is very old, repairs were done poorly and it shows
