Disliked: Elevator was not working, and nobody told me that this is just temporarily. Luckily, I figured it out by myself and didn’t have to go by stairs with my heavy suitcase on my check-out day. On the day of my check-in there was no men staff to help me with my heavy suitcase. Lady offered me her help, but that’s unfair to ask another lady to carry my heavy luggage, so I refused. There was also a misunderstanding about which door to use to get to the part of the hotel, where I lived. At the check-in I was told to use second door, and was using it first couple of days , then suddenly it turned out that I have to use the main one, but one of the staff ladies was very unfriendly and couldn’t explain anything calmly why rules have suddenly changed and how I can get from one part of the hotel to another. Stupid phone in the room was beeping every 5 min.Heating was not working, however, I didn’t have time to report this, perhaps someone would have helped me with this.
