Disliked: The security was lax. I also booked a room where the window would face the court yard when I got there, they gave me a room window facing a busy road, although my booking was specifically for the courtyard. When asked to change it, they had a little difficulty provided me with a room. I ended up with a room that was tiny and one single bed, no compensation for the room from double to single. I was charged for the same amount although the room I received was half the size of the room that I originally booked. The staff was not very accommodating and rather rude. I am a frequent business traveler throughout Europe, I will not be staying in this place again.

Location is good but poor...

Liked: The location is excellent with walking distance to some attractions and also very closely connected by metros.
Disliked: The breakfast was not at all upto the mark. The staff were not attentive and not eager to fill up the items if it was empty.

Disliked: the breakfast was not replenished at all despite having 1.5 hrs of serving time remaining. very poor value for money and not worth payjng for.On our arrival the reception said we had not booked three rooms depite me showing my booking.com reference. The receptionist seemed unable to find my booking. In my original booking breakfast was included with each room but not on arrival this was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel as value for money. As the leader for our party It appeared i had been careless with the booking and left embarrassed
