Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The bathroom smelled like sewage was coming through

Great location, helpful staff.

Liked: Breakfast was good and staff very pleasant
Disliked: Bathroom had no shower screen so floor was saturated. Lighting in bathroom insufficient and it was quite difficult tho safely get in and out of bath.The hotel was a bit tired and needed some maintenance work. The girl on the desk needed to go to charm school for several more weeks! Bedding not changed after 3 days ss listed and sheet torn.

Liked: Very good location and cleanliness.
Disliked: In the first room, I couldn’t fall asleep because of the noise from the air conditioning. The staff member on duty couldn’t move me to another room that night, but she did provide earplugs and a fan. The second room was flooded for several hours, and I couldn’t enter until the issue was resolved. Additionally, the air conditioning in that room wasn’t working properly. The pillows are only comfortable if you prefer very firm ones.

Liked: The Hotel staff was very welcoming and cheerful from start to finish.One in particular staff member helped to find special points in the city, that not everyone would know, really an inspiration.The location was perfect for our visit.Room was very comfortable and had everything needed.
Disliked: Only one particular staff did not remember room numbers that were required for breakfast, that is the only comment, other than that everyone else made us feel welcomed and for that a return soon is a plan.
