Liked: A lovely hotel with friendly staff, only a short walk from city center. Very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Liked: I liked the fact that you can take the tram in front of the entrance of the hotel. I like the fact a convenience store and a few restaurants are nearby, but these things are independent of the the hotel.
Disliked: The breakfast is rather poor with little variety. One day I found the toast with a mouldy smell. Some items run out quickly if you come late, even within the time of the breakfast (8 to 10 a.m.). All juices are canned. No natural juice at all. The guy who "cleans" (actually tidies up stuff) the room always leaves out the soap, and we had to ask reception to provide soap when we got back to the hotel.

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast and the location, steps away from Munich Central Station
Disliked: I accidentally booked a room without a private bathroom, and the hotel quickly reached out to confirm this. They informed us that no rooms with private bathrooms were available for those dates, but kindly offered a free upgrade for the second night. When we arrived, two different staff members acknowledged this and were very helpful. However, a third person on Sunday tried to charge us extra for the upgrade, which made for a very uncomfortable situation.The room without a bathroom was extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable and outdated. The upgraded room was better, but still not ideal for staying with a small child. I would recommend that the hotel not allow more than two guests in these rooms — it’s impossible for guests to know the actual size of the rooms in advance.
