Not worth 59 euros given...
Liked: There is a desk and good size bed and bathroom. Comfortable bed, good size windows. It was clean. The reception was responsive. Very close to the train / bus station - 9 mins walk, close to the city centre, well lid streets around.
Disliked: Practically NON existent hotel WiFi - stated that there is WiFi at the hotel but actually is of EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY ! NO SIGNAL, No coverage for Bouygues but the worst is that the WiFi was interrupting every 4-5 mins so not possible to do ANY work requiring Internet.

Very good for 1 or...
Liked: Location is perfect for whoever is travelling by train, as it is very close to train station . Also close to the seafront with many shops and there are plenty of restaurants within short walking distance. Brasserie we can recommend is Tavern La Place Affligem close by. Staff were all very welcoming and pleasant, which is not the case in the many shops we went in Toulon. The owner of the hotel which we also met, was also very helpful.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was in need of renovation.

They need to delete air conditioning from the listing since they dont have it, not even a fan.
Liked: The location is good, close to the port.
Disliked: DO NOT book this accommodation in summer. The listing says the room has air conditioning but IT HAS NOT. It is just a little fan that does not really blow anything. If you open the little window you die with mosquitoes. The man at the reception justify this saying that the price is low, but that is NO reason to lie about having an air conditioning. Impossible to sleep at night. The man also said that the view is amazing, but that has also nothing to do with the fact that there is NO air conditioning. Very frustrating. You should remove the item that says air conditioning, it is fake.
