Could be considered for a...

Liked: The location was good from the perspective of reaching to the main attractions, but in rather insecure neighborhood, not recommended for solo females definitely. The staff was very friendly and nice. The overall stay was problem free.
Disliked: It is in a very poor condition, in great need of renovation, super tiny room for 4.

Liked: Close to Gare du Nord. Not soo expensive.
Disliked: Old dated hotel. Very small rooms. Got a room at 6:th floor - no elevator. Some kind of off-putting smell in room.

Liked: Nice staff; near to 3-4 metro & RER stations in different directions; many restaurants / fast foods around
Disliked: Despite room on 6th floor there is no elevator; unpleasant smell from the street; many many Africans standing and talking on the street near the hotel - but fortunately not at night

Liked: This hotel was so reasonable that I could access easily from some main stations.I felt that equipments tended to be older, but it was not problem for me.Totally, I was satisfied with this hotel stay.
Disliked: The area around the hotel was not secured, so it is better to avoid to go back to the hotel at late night.
