It was easy to walk...

Disliked: It was difficult to carry baggage up 4 flights of old stairs.

Disliked: Tv and hairdryer did not work. I cannot drink coffee for medical reasons and there was no capacity to make tea.. I was quite dehydrated in the hot weather with nothing to drink. Information about local eateries and festivities would have been useful

Liked: The location behind the chateau Frontenac was spectacular yet quietly serene located on a quiet street across from a park. It is a historic building and beautifully appointed.
Disliked: No elevator so we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Disliked: Hi, I booked this hotel for our 3 nights in Quebec City, was really looking forward to staying here as the pictures in the listing for the hotel looked really nice. When we got into the hotel and got our room, we were speechless. It was nothing like the photos. The room was dirty and filthy. It also looked nothing like the pictures. The room as so small nothing like the photos. There were bandages on our ceiling. It was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay here for the 3 nights, we had to rebook another hotel because it was so gross and wanted to get out of there. I paid over $740 with taxes for the 3 nights down the drain. I know a lot of people that are going to Quebec City and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I would like a refund
