Wonderful Stay in the Heart...

Liked: My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to Krakow. The location is perfect — close to everything. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff was amazing: kind, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist Agnieszka (I hope I’m spelling her name right)— she was incredibly helpful and kind.

Liked: This hotel was terrific: it was spotless, had friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nicely air-conditioned rooms.Simple, but fresh and delicious breakfast. Location-wise, the hotel is 100m away from the main square.This is the best value-for-money 3-star hotel I have stayed in in recent years.

Excellent hotel in Krakow

Liked: Great location. Large clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. Fabulous breakfast, with fruit, cheese, meats, and everything you can imagine.

Great location and friendly staff....

Liked: Excellent location and surprisingly quite as the rooms were very well isolated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but rooms fully equipped and a nice breakfast too. Definitely recommend.
Disliked: It was generally good. The interior design is maybe a bit outdated and some of the furniture could be upgraded. The lift was very slow. But none of this was a major issue. Value for money wise it is a good balance.

Disliked: The elevator is a little small but it's understandable.
