Amazing would visit again!

Liked: Nice staff, good location and the greenery within the hotel.
Disliked: The room was dusty, room service closed too early and after hours didn’t have things like milk and other foods bites. The room service menu only had limited things to pick from.

Lovely place

Liked: My room was nice and sizeable, the location was close to the central station.
Disliked: The spa, very unfriendly service, I was not treated kindly. The shower drain in my room was smelling. Also I didn't like that you pay for someone to deliver room service ... perhaps it's unfamiliar territory for me. Also the staff just open the room doors without knocking, happened to me during the testing of the fire alarm and no apology was offered. Then the second time, another staff just opened door and after she saw me she cited she was just doing a check. That's strange. Begs the question that when guests are not there do they just come in?

Perfect hotel for a solo...

Liked: Peace and quiet at night - no street noise. Nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant and bar.
Disliked: More choice or daily variety at breakfast.

Liked: The vibes of the hotel was nice but the hotel didn’t have air condition
Disliked: The hotel didn’t have air conditioners and the bathroom was open to the room so it can’t work for siblings or friends only for romantic partners

Excellent stay

Liked: What a wonderful hotel, it is so lovely and comforting inside.The staff are exceptional, so polite, so accommodating and seamless in the running of the hotel which is evident in the stay. It was a nice retreat just outside the city. A short walk over the bridge to frequent trams into the city centre.The spa is lovely and I would recommend the Jakarta treatment.Plentiful breakfast. We also had lunch one day and it was delicious.

Light, calm and green.

Liked: The environmental credentials and the light - everywhere felt spacious due to the high ceilings and glass panels - even the stairwell!Very comfortable room, lovely bed and great shower.Food was excellent.
Disliked: More a comment on the neighbourhood really - very few restaurants or cafes on the island itself so we couldn’t just walk out to go for dinner after a long day of sightseeing. Fortunately the in-house menu was excellent so we ate in several times.The noise level in the sky bar was too much for us the night we went up there as there was a DJ for a party on the top level. We couldn’t have a conversation, so drank up and retreated to our rooms!
