The hospitality was very special.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Ice is not available to the room except through the front desk. That said, the ice arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call.

This is an exceptional boutique...

Liked: While the details of the hotel are exceptional (sheets and towels to die for, elevated amenities and personal touches etc)it’s the staff that actually makes this property!! Every encounter was exceptional from the gents at the door, the concierge, front desk staff, housekeeping and especially the bar staff. Do not miss an evening interacting with Rowdy at the bar -it will warm and elevate this beautiful property making it simultaneously comfortable and the height of refined elegance.
Disliked: We were at the hotel early in the season so there were a few details that had not yet been addressed. Our tv never worked-which was a non-issue with so much to see and do in the area. Also, the carpet in our room was torn - just an eyesore that slightly took away from the level of the hotel. And the rooftop hot tub was double booked which was sad for the guest that had to leave.
