Perfect Getaway

Liked: The best place to stay in Jackson. Located in midst of town surrounded by amazing restaurants and near both ski areas. Not to mention the most amazing service I’ve ever experience. The staff at hotel Jackson are beyond phenomenal.

Good by most standards, but...

Liked: Great location, nice amenities
Disliked: Room was noisy at night (a low rumbling/mechanical type noise). The hotel staff said they investigated and didn’t find a noise, which was little consolation. Walls in the room were scuffed up and showed wear. Also, the staff happily promotes that they have free cookies available every day at 5pm, but two out of four nights this did not occur. I found it odd to promote something and then not follow through on it.
