Passable

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The place is not worth the price, staff is super nice and friendly the complementary breakfast is good too however the hotel itself is not worth it from my point of view for the price you can get a much better experience in a different hotel

A great stay, highly recommend!...

Liked: Location was perfect, staff was polite and courteous, and the breakfast was much appreciated! The staff at Clara y Ema were very friendly.
Disliked: A bit noisy/thin walls (but my room was beside the stairwell). Also the towels were ROUGH.

Liked: The hotel is very well located, there are restaurants and facilities nearby. The room was quiet during the night.
Disliked: The room was a little smaller than expected

Great stay, awesome location, delicious...

Liked: Location is fantastic, the breakfast included was actually good. Great little room, food shower. Even a bath robe was provided
Disliked: They weren't replying to me in the booking chat about the check in. At the day of my stay though they sent an instruction that was very clear

Renovated farway claustrophibic room

Liked: The hotel has been recently renovated, and the space looks fantastic. It's exceptionally curated and cute. The ambiance is delightfully modern, relaxed, and a lot of nature. Plants and small details create a perfect decor.
Disliked: Although the hotel was recently renovated, I didn't like the room. It was very small, and the window faced a hallway where people passed by. The hallway also was towards a big patio that was covered. So if you wanted to have fresh air was impossible. The only window that was connected to the exterior was the restroom. I asked to be changed to a new room but all rooms were like that. The room didn't have AC or a Fan, so I asked one of the receptionists. With that, I was able to fake fresh air for my stay. The other thing I didn't like was the non-office check-in. It was hard to claim and negotiate what I was paying for. Location wise is not good you are far away from everything.
