Liked: The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great, not too much choice but enough for a 2 day stay. Location is excellent, few minutes to the bus/train station and 10-15min walk to the center depending where you want to go.

Specially Mr.Bardhi , Mr.B , a young lady who are making your day with the best service, taking care till your last minute , packing your breakfast too , excellent management ✅

Comfortable hotel in convenient location

Liked: Good location, close to bus and train station, and not far from the Canal area where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, continental breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We couldn’t figure out how to use the overhead shower - we tried moving, pushing, and pulling the handle every possible way - if we were staying more than one night we would have asked for someone to come and show us, but the slim hand held one was quite good. The room was very warm - the air conditioning is centrally controlled and although we asked for it to be lowered to the coldest setting possible, it was still uncomfortably warm during the night - we had no option but to keep window open, but the noise outside was quite loud at times - bins being collected, party goers heading home, and on the night we stayed, a gale force wind. Despite this, we managed to get a reasonable sleep and the beds were very comfortable.

Liked: Very modern and upscale. Staff was very helpful. A short walk from the train station. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
