It was alright.

Liked: The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent. One staff named "Zakaria" is the greatest person I have met in Munich. Such a nice man with a nicest smile, over the breakfast he made sure we had a great experience. He made sure my son (for whom we paid but he didn't eat anything) had something to eat after all.
Disliked: Room was very small, bathroom was very small, there was no water in the room, no fridge, no boiler, almost nothing. In North American standards, the room was very disappointing. I would not book it again.

Amazing place with great location...

Liked: The location is great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The atmosphere was nice, the room was clean. The hotel reception looks great. There is a small parking in front of the hotel for short parking and unloading of the luggage. The WiFi works well.The staff was really kind and friendly.
Disliked: The room is a bit small, with a really tight bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had a bit of mold (I think) right above of the shower. The bathroom also is not isolated properly so the sound is easily heard from the room.

Wonderful hotel would recommend highly!!

Liked: Centrally located, staff super helpful and knowledgeable, clean and nice rooms. We had a room with a balcony and it was enjoyable sitting out every night and relaxing.
Disliked: Nothing

Recommended

Liked: The room was larger than expected and the second bed was in its own alcove for privacy. The location near Isartor was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center.
Disliked: There is no dinner restaurant but the breakfast was satisfactory. Although there is a parking garage quite near the hotel, we had to wait in line for a free spot.
