Hotel Isabel- Very pleasant stay!

Liked: From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcome. I arrived late, but I informed the hotel a day before and kept calling to hold my reservation and they were very understanding.The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, though there was only one issue. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Disliked: The only downside to my stay was the experience with the night doorman/valet. Unfortunately, he was not very polite or helpful. When I returned from having dinner outside, he didn’t greet me, offer assistance with door, or wait outside by car. I expected a bit more courtesy, especially from someone in that role and he did this as I left to dinner when I requested my car and back. I didn’t give him tip at the moment, but when I left I did, even though he didn’t deserve it, but he probably had a bad day though he should not expect tip to do his job. You get tip on how you preform your job! That’s the first impression, but it was a night shift doorman not the one when I arrived at 7pm , that other doorman was very kind and professional. It was a small but noticeable contrast to the otherwise excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff.

Liked: Great location, cleanliness and value for money.Service from the waiter in the restaurant.
Disliked: Due to the open plan the Hotel was very noisy at times. TV didn’t work and mentioned this to the staff but nothing was done about it.
