Disappointing and not worth the...

Liked: The facility is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly, with the exception of one rude server.Room Refresh is available by request and is free.The location next to Southcenter is nice but may not be safe to walk at night.
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and requested adjoining rooms. I was told to call the morning of my arrival and they would accommodate me. The morning of my arrival I called and was told I had not booked the correct rooms, and they would let the front desk know and do their best. When I arrived, the front desk had no knowledge of my request. It seems there is no way to request adjoining rooms.No ice machine, threadbare towels, no cups/glasses in bathroom.Do not accept a room on the 3rd or 4th floor facing west. It faces the roof and hotel mechanical machinery. See pictures below. I feel I may have faced age discrimination, and they did not like that I had booked through a third party.The "hot" buffet is nothing special and you may have to wait to be seated on the weekends.

Clean & pretty but no...

Liked: The modern look of the room. Having breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: The floor was not installed well at all. I actually hurt my foot on it. There is NO shuttle to the airport so don't use it in the name. It's just a hotel that you need a taxi to get to the hotel.

Bad experience with cleaning bed...

Liked: The property was big and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: We did not notice until we were leaving the room at the end. Our bed had stains on the sheets! This was completely gross and I wish we took a picture. We just wanted to hurry up and get out after staying there for 3 days. I wish we looked at the beginning.
