Great hotel - we will...

Liked: The hotel is pretty excellent. The location was fantastic and we had a good use of a little garden/courtyard inside for having some cocktails. We had a basic room and it was spacious, clean with a good bathroom facilities. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Two choice of pillows: softer and harder one. Very quiet considering it’s on the Main Street in Bologna.

Liked: Staff were exceptionally helpful. Good size rooms, clean. Good location. Good facilities. Garage car parking. Prompt resolution of issue.
Disliked: A bit dated and some repairs and maintenance required. Our room had no airflow (aircon didn't work and the window was bolted shut) but the staff bought us a fan in the middle of the night and then upgraded the room for us the next night which we were happy with their prompt handling of the situation

Liked: The room was lovely and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent.
Disliked: I couldn't have my window open at night because a flat roof was right outside, so the room was very stuffy and too hot.The toilet seat in my bathroom was broken, but they fixed it when I told reception.The coffee in the dining room was from a machine and did not taste at all good. I had hoped for good coffee in Italy!
