Disliked: Rooms smelled something off, must be because it's an old building. It seemed haunted because the room right above our room was loud with footsteps at around 1:30am for three nights and stops at 2:00am. Also the fridge, microwave, coffee machines were old, the extension cords were flickering.

Liked: Great location , convenient with everything around, walking distance to shopping malls banks restaurants supermarkets.What I like the most is Mr. Han is a great boss there , super thoughtful and understanding, professional and sweet, fast acting on everything, really think of the guests interest not only for money, i really appreciate their hospitality! It’s a place you won’t regret ! I only wish their business will thrive for hundreds of years

Liked: The staff are super friendly. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. We love the parking and how close it is to downtown. Service is great!

Liked: The room was clean and had all the basics. Air conditioning was especially appreciated. There was fresh fruit available in the morning.
Disliked: The staff was competent and fine but not especially welcoming.

Liked: Room was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Great location next to lots of food spots. Definitely recommended!
Disliked: Bathroom was little too small. But clean.
